Effective communication and productive interpersonal relationships are key factors to achieving success and self-mastery in life. 

As an International Speaker, Leadership Educator, I have spoken to audiences as large as 500 people. I have hosted workshops in Canada, Haiti, India and Cameroon to both public governments and nonprofit organizations. 

My passion and purpose in life is to empower individuals to be confident leaders and effectively reach their full leadership potential. As a result of working with me, clients achieve greater positive impact and the best return on investment not only for themselves but also the organization for which they work. We live in an era where success is too often defined by material things. Instead, I aim to highlight the quantitative and qualitative value of effective interpersonal skills, confidence, effective leadership and relationship management on both the bottom line and the individual’s quality of life.

A great experience on stage — I’ve presented to audiences both large and small in a variety of different settings and contexts. As a speaker and facilitator, I use storytelling, education and humor to not only make a point but to keep your audience engaged and listening. They will leave with practical, applicable next steps to move and stretch their horizons beyond the actual session. I speak on a variety of topics including employee engagement, effective leadership, change management, mental health, conflict resolution, and more.

A great experience off stage — Be it on stage or off stage, my motto is to make things simple and mutually satisfying. Why complicate things when we do not have to? Because I truly understand what conference and workshop planning truly entails, I will work with you and become your preferred low maintenance speaker. We will strategize and iron out details well ahead of time so that you (and I) can rest easy while keeping the audience fully engaged!
We are also there to help you afterwards, serving as reliable support for continuous learning and organizational growth.
